Surprisingly good breakfast (with an amazing view as breakfast is served on the last floor), very friendly staff and secure hotel.

Very noisy at night, no window toward the outside from the room (the only window was towards the inside stairs) and an unsafe neighborhood. I actually felt extremely uncomfortable just walking outside when looking for some dinner.
