Valid phone number and a complete mailing address is required, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled immediately. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of $160.00 for the three Bedroom Vacation, and $175.00 for the four Bedroom Vacation payable upon booking. Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is required with any 3 or 4 bedroom reservation. This will be added to your bill and paid directly at the property including the tax of 13%Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
