Easy Stay Rooms

The man who is “in charge” is almost unreachable to talk to… he writes something on the phone but does something else and he’s NOT friendly at all!! We didn’t receive the room portraid on the site of booking.com, but much lower standard room. Everything is lame… Going again? No! or even recommending it for others? NO!

The place was difficult to find, the room was small and it was just filled with beds. Not enough toilets for the number of rooms. No staff there to assist. Photos are misleading.

The landlord was very inflexible regards to shared restrooms and kitchen areas. A request was made on our behalf to get a bathroom only to ourselves during the 48 hours of our residence, which came out of a place of equal amounts practicality and security in view of the fact that we intended to book the room as 3 underage children with our single mother, 3 of us being women who participate in the religious act wearing a headscarf (also known as “hijab”) which, as you know, often makes people of our kind targets of heinous hate crimes. We communicated as such with the landlord and received an lecture about respect instead of negotiation attempts or possible solutions. It was very disappointing to see the unwillingness to make that slight change, despite the fact that we were willing to pay more for the private bathroom. We would like to see a bit more flexibility and inclusivity on your website in the future.
