War schön öfters da , hat aber nachgelassen! Fenster in der Kaffe Ecke im Flur ist defekt und zugeklebt, der Mülleimer war voll und fing an zu stinken ! Schöne Wohngegend! War sonst immer gut !

Mülleimer in der Kaffe Ecke war voll fing an zu stinken ! Das Fenster dort war defekt und zugeklebt! Habe trotz 2 Anfragen immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten

Ich hatte das DZ im Dachgeschoss. Die Treppe dahin war für mich ok, auch wenn das offenbar bei anderen ein Problem ist. Das Badezimmer besteht aus Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Dusche teilt man sich mit 3 anderen Zimmern eine Treppe tiefer. Nicht schlimm, aber aus der Beschreibung nicht ganz ersichtlich.

Wenn ich geschäftlich dort bin und erwähne, dass ich auch eine Rechnung benötige, wäre es sinnvoll, wenn man die am Abreisetag in der Hand hat, oder wenigstens als PDF. Hierzu bedurfte es leider noch ein paar Aufforderungen, bekommen habe ich dann den Rechnungstext per Chat. Angaben wie Übernachtungszeitraum fehlten - also safe fürs Finanzamt war das nicht.
