Big, cozy , bright , modern , quiet room under the roof (2nd floor) with with modern equipment Wifi, TV worked all well. Self-check-in was clear, but the key-box difficult to open. I needed something sharp, took nailclipper. As usual for self-check-ins, its nothing for grandma or grandpa without smartphone. Key to room very basic. By error, I could open room with bathroom key. Bathroom to share with one other room only.. Use of kitchen, dining room, fridge allowed. And for light selfcatering for breakfast it was perfect. Nearby a REWE supermarket opening early at 7 am until 9.30 pm Can be reached with frequent metro 8 , but must still walk about 15 min. , there is also a bus opposite the house going to an U-Bahn station bur not convenient bus. Its a quiet, safe residential area. Tourism tax : paid in cash, as I do not use paypal. Not to blame owner for that. But 3 €/day/person is more than in other cities and Hannover is green and clean and has nice museums and parks, but it is not Munich. Parts of city center very run-down with many empty shoplots. Hannover has seen better days.

The beds were comfortable, the room was cozy. The living room looked amazing and the kitchen had a lot of amenities. There were also a lot of nice shampoos available to choose from. Parking on the street is easy.

The bathroom is shared, so you might have to wait at some point, the water pressure is also a little low.

Key system caused a little problem.

The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right at the door that takes you directly to the STR8/U8 station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Despite being so accessible, the area is very peaceful—there was no noise at night, and the house is well-insulated. I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. I slept wonderfully during my stay, and the house itself is new, very clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Sunlight fills the room during the day, which adds to the pleasant feel. The host has thoughtfully provided everything you might need—plenty of toiletries, towels, and, crucially for me, a kettle, which is perfect for someone like me who drinks tea every day. The room also has a large TV for entertainment, and I was able to connect my laptop to work comfortably. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable, and even the flooring felt nice underfoot. Although it was cold outside, the room remained warm and cozy. This place is ideal for a short stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
