"Very sweet and considered owner"

Owner was very friendly, explained everything around the house. A little fan in the bathroom is very useful. Room has two balconies, the air is very fresh. The rooms are in the same building with owner, however it is segregated, you do have your own space.

The fragrance on the bear was too strong for me

Room was ok comfortable, with good essential amenities, and very nice views (2 balconies with tables & chairs).

The overall place looks old and is in need of a makeover. It’s cluttered & messy, and does give the impression of being clean. The A/C was not operating well.
