"Good short term stay at a Great price"

The price was *outstanding* and everything was very clean. The host was very organized.

The property itself was quite old, musty, humid and had poor/no air circulation. A small fan would have made a HUGE difference. The shared spaces were not tidy (other guests were not cleanly).

"Visiting in Belfast"

Good location. Central Station and Cathedral Quarter are not far away. The Troubles area starts 1 km away, where is an old prison. The other places are near as well. Ulster Museum is bit further, if you want to visit there. I walked there, though. Shared kitchen and bathrooms worked well. Fast WiFi. Good communication with the host.

The location is very convenient, being only a 12–15 minute walk from Belfast City Hall and the city centre, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. The check-in process was very easy and well organized. Before our arrival, the property manager sent us detailed instructions, making access to the accommodation straightforward.

We had booked a room for two people. Although it was advertised as a double room, both the room and the bed were quite small. The limited space made it difficult for two people to move around comfortably, which was the main downside of our stay.

It was in a residential part of town so it was easy to get into the city. Bed was comfy and room was clean

The shared bathroom was ok for the most part but there was one experience when the bathroom was not cleaned properly from another guest.

La ubicación, puedes ir caminando al centro en 23 min llegas, y también tiene parada de autobuses a 10 metros.

No estaba muy limpio y la mayoría de habitaciones están en el 2 y tercer piso, si tienes movilidad reducida no es lo mejor.
