Hazel was a wonderful host, always accommodating but never intrusive. The continental breakfast was great, fresh berries, croissants and toast with all the extras. The location was perfect for us, quiet with glorious views. Could not have asked for more. Tina and Chris

Fabulous place for a stopover. Beautiful spot in the country with great welcome and lovely continental breakfast. Good recommendation for dinner in nearby pub.

Excellent accommodation with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Hazel even booked a meal for us at local pub.

Lovely quiet location on a rural lane with dairy cattle in the fields next to the house and magnificent country views on all sides- and yet only a few miles drive from the A30. Breakfast was fantastic: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, hot croissants and toast with plenty of jam/marmalade, butter, fresh milk and tea/coffee.

Nothing! It was a really good overnight stay.

Hazel went over and above her call of duty. She came and picked us up at midnight in torrential rain after we got a puncture, made us a big pot of tea and even gave us a lift to the garage in the morning. What an amazingly awesome woman! We are so very grateful.

Location was perfect for us to explore the surrounding area. The landlady Hazel was welcoming, accommodating and helpful with suggestions to nearby tourist attractions. The B&B had everything we needed for a comfortable and homely stay.

The bed could be bigger.

Friendly helpful propieter. An amply supplied sitting room/breakfast room next to the bathroom and bedroom in a little private suite at the top of some stairs. Plenty of coffee/tea/drinking chocolate and sugar with milk in the fridge and KitKat and other buscuits. Brekfast was unusual for a B&B but suited us well. There was a choice of muesli and other cereals along with freshly made coffee (or tea) and hot croissants and butter and marmalade along with a large bowl of freshly prepared stawberries between us.

There were no dislikes, the bed was a little harder than I like but perfect for my wife. The room was a good basic room as was the sitting/breakfast room. Television was a smart one - the only difficulty was finding normal programmes! (In the end I just watched BBC breakfast live through iPlayer).
