Wonderful staff and their cat Sunny, who meets and greets guests on first arrival. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, offered us tea with honey and even made a plate for us with local fruits and wine. Guest house is located almost in the center of Kutaisi. All main turistic places and attractions are in 10 to 15min walk. For some people slight disadvantage may be that building is located on the hill and you have to climb up just a bit to get to it. For us it was an advantage to burn some delicious georgian food on our way back home and to see the view from the top in the morning :) Thank you for the great stay, I can honestly recommend this place.

There was pretty hard to get hot water, we waited quite a bit but the water was just a little warm. Other than that everything was great.

Room was large and very comfortable. Ana is very helpful and her parents are just warm and lovely people. They all make you feel at home.

Very friendly owners. You can have a nice chat (if you know russian), they will treat you to wine and honey from their own apiary. The place is in walking distance to the old town of Kutaisi, at the same time far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. There is a big shop nearby. On request, the owners will arrange transport from the airport (we paid 35 GEL). Breakfasts (additionally payable) are very generous.
