Staff is nice, cook well

The room is smelly, not super clean, there is mould on the walls, there no bin in the room, bathroom is not clean and hard to have hot water, pressure is terrible. I rent a scooter and it was really difficult to drive, tire was almost dead.

Location was short walk into town. Quite cheap.

As we entered our room we were met with a stench which was probably due to the ceiling covered in mould. After complaining and moving rooms our next room didn’t have mould on the ceiling. Instead all over the walls. The sink would make a loud high pitched noise when turned off so had to keep it running during the night. Staff were largely incompetent, didn’t seem to know what they were doing and came across rather rude. Building works next door were also loud. We left half way through our stay as it was very uncomfortable

The location

The mould on the pillows, on the walls and in the bathroom, shower didn’t work and couldn’t turn aircon off or to a different temperature.

Location was okay, near Sullivan beach (7-10min walk).

Water was available after a certain time so if you needed to take a shower early in the morning not possible. Towels provided were very old (seems they have been used/re-used and washed so many times).

It was the worst place I have stayed. I would not recommend! The room stank of mould, there was no running water and the ac broke by the last day. All of this happened and we didn’t get a refund because the staff were useless and didn’t help.

Smell horrible i never see the with no windows so not possible to aerate, not clean, not comfortable bed, staff not nice…

We arrived at our late check-in time, no one was there to greet us, power was out. Another guest came out told us it wasn't clean, no power, unhelpful staff and told us we should leave if we can. Would not recommend.
