Bamboo Bali Hill Bungalows

The pool and the Hammock in front of the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

The breakfast is really basic. It's not directly at the beach and in the mornings it's quite loud.

Great location in centre of Amed. The room was lovely with part outdoor bathroom and loved the pool looking out to sea. Couldn’t fault our stay there at all!

Pool area is gorgeous, pool is clean and deep with beautiful views to the ocean. There's a hammock in front of each bungalow, perfect to relax in. Each room also has a mini fridge to keep water and beers cool! Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Free breakfast provided, very basic but good , we had omelettes,fruit and black coffee. Very easy to arrange laundry/ taxi and snorkelling at the reception. Room was cleaned every day.

Some umbrellas by the pool for some shade for us fair skinned folk are needed, sun is intense by the pool! The steps to the bungalows are steep, it wasn't a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Lots of centipedes and mosquitos about but the nets on the bed worked well to protect us at night. The centipedes didn't bother us but there are loads and it might be a problem if you are afraid of insects. There was a damp/ musty smell in the room, we have found that often in cheaper stays in Bali but we are here in wet season so maybe that's why?

It was nice but lot of things are missing Towels, cup of coffee ( mug or glass ) , the sheets for bed were not white.

Breakfast : not good , only a cup of something like a liquide colour of coffee c, same for the hot chocolate, 6 little pièces of fresh fruits ... And a pancake or eggs The personnal Ask me 100 000 rbm for a drive 2 km near ..... The real price is 25 000 max. I really don t liké this kind of behaviour !!!

Air con would turn on but didn't cool the room it was very hot summer Bali with brewing storm. The fan didn't work, the fridge was warm. Hammock was tied up in front stairs made very difficult to enter room with infants, tiles sooo slippery when wet, the bathroom door only close from outside so heaps mozzies filled room. Couldn't find any staff on check in to find our room

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was pleasant. Large 5ltr bottle of water given. Family warong across road was nice.

Soiled bedlinen on one of the beds. Used cups in room were just left after cleaning. Shower was hit and miss. Breakfast was below average. Noisy and dusty escalation work next door - all day, everyday.
