Fantastic, beautiful, quiet & remote location right on the beach. Super friendly & accommodating host. Excellent value for money. Comfy room with lots of cupboard space to hang & store your things.

The bathroom. Also the wifi didn’t work most of the time but this is the price you pay for a very quiet & remote location right on the beach so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Right on the beach. A real get away adventure. Basic, no air conditioning but bring right on the beach, no problem.

All good but very basic

Ideally situated, literally a stones throw from the water. You can walk out of the bungalow, through the little garden and onto the beach. Great views of the sunset, and the rising sun on mt Rinjani on Lombok if you’re up early enough. The bungalows themselves have been built with a lot of love, and this shows in how the garden is kept well too. The room is just big enough for a comfy double bed and your belongings, with a fan to keep you cool at night. The terrace has some seating to enjoy the views, with a kettle and tea/coffee/water on hand. Despite not being mentioned in the booking, a lovey banana pancake breakfast with local honey was included in the price. The host was very friendly and did everything possible to make the stay as good as it could be.

If you’re looking for a decent wifi/4g connection, this isn’t the place for you. The shared bathroom is very basic and could do with a freshen up, but it does suffice. The bungalows back on to the main road so can be a little noisy, but luckily the road doesn’t have heavy traffic. Despite the love and care put into the bungalows, they lack a bit of noise isolation and move a bit if people walk heavily.

Bed comfortable, rooms clean and tidy, bathroom basic but all you need. Great view from the balcony area overlooking some islands and the reef. This place is literally on the beach. Good location to local food and waves. Owner is super friendly and accomodating.

First I have to say that we came despite the fairly bad reviews hoping it would be better, and IT WAS! The older reviews concerned a older home stay. When we arrived everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the view and bay perfect and peaceful. Bathroom can be improved but is is sufficient/basic. He is a nice guy and cares for his guests! Give it a try
