"Geweldig uitzicht maar overpriced"

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Het bed is comfortabel en de loft is ruim.

Het personeel was niet op de hoogte van onze komst en niet heel vriendelijk. De loft was niet goed schoon. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was daarom niet goed.

اطلالة مميزة على الجبل و البحيرة ومطعم جيد بأسعار معقولة وطاقم لطيف .. هذه هي المرة الثانية التي أقيم فيه وسأعود إليه لاحقا

نزول الدرج ربما يكون صعبا على بعض كبار السن

"En somme, bon hôtel qualité/prix/vu sur le volcan! Le point négatif reste les escarliers avec innombrables march"

La vue est magnifique! Le homestay était très bien! La literie très bonne aussi.

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et saveurs fades. Énormément de marches, escalier pentu pour descendre à la chambre et remonté à la réception puis dans la rue.

"Room with a view"

Mooie kamer en badkamer, wel gehorig van buren en bovenburen om 6 am. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en balkon maakte veel goed. Personeel vriendelijk.

Bedden zijn vrij hard

"Lovely views but poor maintenance"

Stunning views and very convenient location

It is not maintained which is a shame because it has lovely views . The bathroom door didn't close properly / broken , the balcony door was broken and there was a bad smell from the bathroom that didn't go away during our 4 night stay . There was also a bad smell outside our room between the reception and the stairs to the pool
