Family bungalow

The owner stays on premises with his family, the Island DR centre for the island is right next door, they rent out bikes and he went out of his way to assist myself an my partner to get to the next stay on the island. A perfect place in walking distance to the port. So a good place to arrive for a few nights. Explore the island and find where your ideal spot it.

The Jeyes fluid drain disinfectant from the bathroom is very strong - but ok if you keep the door closed. Sanitary assured.

Great location in the centre of the island, it was easy to get everywhere. Staff were helpful and the property rented bikes.

Very friendly staff. The staff will tell you about horse riding and diving activities. Water pressure was giod in the shower, very good pillows and a/c was blowing cold. Small walk to the beach where I saw turtles with remoras attached to them. I also saw a baby blacktip reef shark on the shore at night time snorkeling with a torch.

Don't know where to begin to describe how perfect was this staying! The room was super good: nice bed, nice bathroom, nice mosquito net, nice AC, super good WiFi, super delicious breakfast and very clean. The location it's amazing just near the harbour and very easy to reach. But the best of it all its the family running the place 🩵 You really feel like being at home! They take care of you and take time to just chill around nice fruits and have a talk. They let me check in I think 3 hours sooner, helped with getting a bike for rent, and even when I had to have breakfast 1 hour sooner it was ok. Whatever you need, just talk with them. They are super chill and with a huge heart ❤️ super beautiful family ❤ The photos on booking.com don't show how nice the place is. Besides that Gili Meno is the best of Gili. It was very hard to leave!!! So go ahead and just book minimum 1 week. You will regret if you stay less!!!!

Amazing place and so close to the beach and good restaurants. Densi and his family are the best hosts you can get! They took really good care of us and helped us with everything we needed. They also took us on a snorkeling tour in their own boat and it was absolutely stunning to see the turtles and sea life around the island. I can highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back in the future.

The place is clean and calm. Very good location. Very comfortable and the host is great. I loved the breakfast! Big and delicious one! Best I had in a guest house

Wonderful family. Loacation in the middle of the island which make it easy to come to the beach on both sides.

The mosque is extremely loud and each morning they start at 4.30. If you are a light sleeper stay away from Gili Meno. Sorry to say.

The owners were very nice and helpful!

However I have to mention, I am not sure if this is their fault or not, it might be an overall problem on the island, but there was a CRAZY amount of cockroaches. At first they were only in the bathroom but then they started appearing in the room and the last straw was when there was one in my bed. Afterwards I made up my mind about leaving the place, but when I went to ask around accommodations I was told that they also have cockroaches there. So hence why it might not be totally their fault. But still very uncomfortable. As a conclusion I would just advice you to not come to Gili Meno, Gili T or Air are much nicer and even the corrals and the sea is better. It’s not really worth it there.
