There were baby chickens running around

There’s a very clear difference between a language barrier and rudeness. When I booked for 2 nights I noted “coming for my birthday, please give us your favourite room”. When we got there they had given us an ordinary room but said it was special so we had to pay more. We were confused but paid the difference. The next morning the owners wife was abrupt and intense about us staying for breakfast. Her husband (The owner) came to speak to us and explained that we couldn’t stay in our room anymore as they had assigned it to new guests and that we had to move (despite us paying more for the room). They moved us into a room where the door couldn’t lock. I was told that the door not locking was not their problem. I explained that we need to be able to lock the door and the wife went and spoke to her husband about it - after she didn’t return for 10 minutes, I went to go find them and they were both sitting on their phones watching TikTok’s. When the man saw me there he frustratedly approached me in his underwear and told me to just move rooms. He also farted when he walked away which was super rogue. I explained that if there were any more issues, we would need a refund so we could change accomodations. This angered his wife and she began to talk rudely about me to another staff member right infront of me (not knowing that I understand Bahasa Indonesia). At 8pm they moved us to a third room, removed the pedestal fan and a pillow and stayed outside of our room mocking us for another 20 minutes. The room had no ventilation and low speed ceiling fans so I asked for the pedestal fan back (angered the staff again). We also woke to large ants crawling on us and cockroaches all over the room. If you can sleep through all of that and the bed springs stabbing into you then you'll love it here. This place should be taken off of Booking.com. Not worth the tiny amount they charge.

Nuvole di zanzare stanziate in camera, formiche ovunque,no aria condizionata, acqua fredda e senza pressione, bagno aperto. Prenoto una stanza e all'arrivo me ne viene data un altra grande la metà e con il bagno aperto senza che il prezzo subisca alcuna variazione

Great hospitality from all members of the family. Enjoyed playinh cards & sharing meals with them.

No hay aire acondicionado, está muy viejo y la cama no es cómoda.

Всю ночь кто-то бесконечно очень громко скребся на потолке не давая спать. За стеной геста также постоянно плакали маленькие дети местных жителей. Вентилятор сломан и издавал ужасный звук. А ещё по мне пробежал таракан, пока я спал. В общем спать в этом месте было просто невозможно. А в итоге хозяйка меня пришла выгонять из геста в 11:20, потому что ей нужно было убраться перед следующими гостями.
