Gani Homestay

The room was very basic, no a/c but okey.

Alot of construction in the morning, noone there when checking in, had to search for 20/30 minutes

Staff friendly and helpful. AC unit great and also a fan above the bed. We extended our stay which was overall good.

No hot water. Toilet, shower and sink in need of an upgrade.

Cheap private room w/ provate bathroom. Good AC and breakfast.

Nothing really. The only small detail may be was that there was no mirror in the room neither restroom.

For a few nights as a budget traveller, it's definitely basic but it's also cheap.

Our experience was poor but I'm sure we just got unlucky. We were hoping to get some quiet at the homestay for two days. We arrived and basic amenities such as towels, toilet paper and bins were not in the room, we had to specifically ask for it. The room and bathroom was also not very clean. In the morning there was a building site right by our patio, which was really noisy. The free breakfast was two uncooked banana pancakes and the coffee station in the courtyard wasn't communicated either. We left after our first night. Our early checkout also seemed to go unnoticed with the staff. The location, as suggested by many, requires a scooter.
