The property was clean and very quiet at night. Really nice family and very helpful with good advice about the area and tourist attractions.

The tiles need replacing in the room as they are all loose.

Very good location, very calm despite being in the center of Ubud. Great host and very nice breakfast. The room is big and clean. We loved our stay.

The floor needs to be repaired.

They should have inform us that the baby cot is not free since the begining. We didn't us it. We had to pay for it. The tiles of the floor was coming off. Dangerous for kids. Given the homestay is far from main road. The homestay should provide help to pickup and drop the luggages when checking in and checking out.

Sampoo and his family are very helpful and welcoming. The facilities are as advertised: spacious clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is delicious. Although just one minute walk from the bustle of one of Ubud’s main streets, the Homestay is very quiet. The location is perfect, close enough to walk anywhere within Ubud without needing a vehicle.
