very modern and nice house, with a gorgeous pool and a very spacious roof top terrace. Also the great hospitality from Peter and his wife.

that we just stayed for one night. In the retrospective we should have stayed at least two days here.

Very quiet area, no traffic noise or call for prayer. Home like feeling, we didn’t see other guests much. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was peaceful, we were only customers at the table eating and talking with the owners. We rented also a scooter from the homestay. We didn’t have time to swim in the pool but it looked clean and the water was warm.

We were very warmly welcomed and well looked after. We will certainly return to stay when next in Jepara.

The bedroom is really big, it has a huge window and terrace, AC and moreover the bed was enormous and so comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Very high quality/price accommodation. Finally, the staff was so friendly with us and they recommended us many different things to do in our trip to Kalimunjawa. Undoubtedly, Garden House is a great place to stay 😊
