The location was amazing! We could walk right out to the beach.

The mattress was old and the bathroom drain was very slow.

Location right on the beach - not private but not a busy one either (there are 11 rooms apparently, 2 of which are ground level on the beach, one of which we stayed in, 2 of which are 1st story on the beach - it's a couple minutes to the beach if you're in one of the bungalows across the road). This is a cool beach - it's rocky and black sand but the snorkelling is good here. Look online you'll see some maps of where to snorkel in this area and they're very short walking distance from here (5mins to the left corals and turtles, 2 mins to the right and a calmer but nice reef dropoff at Jameluk) but right out the front you'll see stuff while snorkelling too. Aircon worked well, hangar-sized bathroom (possibly only in this room) with a little garden inside, nice bamboo woven ceilings. Lots of restaurants nearby including on the beach, markets within short walk, even money changers, even some boutique shops despite the relative remoteness.

Maintenance issues (power sockets coming out of the wall, sliding locks hard to use) ate into the comfort levels, some stains on sheets which is a worry, there is a lot of traffic on the road behind (didn't bother us much though). If you're in the beach side you're kind of surrounded by stuff going on and people moving through.

Only the fact the the rooms the gave us were in a house literally on the beach.

We didn’t get what we booked! The rooms they gave us were in house out of their establishment. Despite the house being on the beach (hence no complain), was completely different from the rooms in the pictures. These are real, don’t get me wrong, but located in what I think is a freshly renewed resort and retouched from our house which was across the street a few meters down the road.

Le bruit des alentours. Nous n'avons pas dormis. La route à proximité, beaucoup de circulation. Les chiens qui ont aboyé toutes les nuits en continu ! Les coqs à partir de 4 etc..

Les bungalows ont grande vue sur mer et sur le levé du soleil. Frigo dans la chambre, grande terrasse avec table et chaises Proches des commerces et restaurants En bord de plage (les bungalows sont de l'autre coté de la route que l'hôtel)

Chambre trop petite pour 2 lits doubles Très mal insonorisé Peu de débit à la douche Mécanisme du wc fuit tout le temps Juste 2 prises électriques dans la chambre Mauvaise odeur permanente dans la SDB
