Nyoman Murjana Homestay

I love the really warm Balinese Family. They are really nice with the bapak and ibu and kak putu. Intended one night stay, but ended up with 2 nights. Really love it here. Quiet and peaceful night sleep :)

The shower setup in the room was a little inconvenient for my girlfriend, but she is picky, I thought it was fine personally.

I am so happy to have found this homestay in Ubud! Unfortunately, I arrived with an injury from a previous stay but if I could recover from my injuries anywhere besides home, it would definitely be here! I was basically stuck in my room to recover and every other day I’d have to go to a local clinic for wound care. Putu’s dad helped me get to the clinic every couple days which was so incredibly kind and helpful. During my stay, I mostly stayed in my comfortable room or I'd hang out on the porch and talk with the family about Balinese culture/life. Theres an open courtyard so it's easy to meet and chat with fellow travelers if you are interested. The family cooks delicious breakfast every morning which was very nice. Theres also a really cute/tasty restaurant about 5 minutes walking from the stay; the location is actually pretty central to a lot of restaurants and cool spots in the area from what I could gather but as I mentioned, I couldn't go very far. If you are looking for an authentic Balinese family homestay, this is definitely the spot for you. The family was so incredibly lovely and I felt safe and cozy the entire time I was here. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers and I will definitely come back the next time I come to Bali. Thank you for everything! <3

The homestay was perfect. I only wish I could have explored the island more but as far as the stay goes, it was quiet, it was comfortable, it was cozy, it was clean, it was beautiful. No complaints about the homestay! :)

Best accommodation we've had in Ubud! The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean. Right in the centre of Ubud so very convenient. We had breakfast there during our 3 day stay and it was really delicious! It's a typical place with really nice people. We'll be back with great pleasure!

The surroundings were beautiful and the family were the kindest hosts i could ever have imagined. I will definitely come back

Absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful traditional Balinese homestead. Such a nice and sweet family and always available to talk to or help out. Such a great experience and very good value for money as well. We extended our stay and we will come back for sure! Mind you: Grandfather is also available to drive you around, take you to your following destination and or bring our get you from the airport.
