The location away from the main street, the clean room, it is a lovely family run place, for the price you can't beat it and we were so grateful that they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The WiFi speed was great and the water pressure of the shower was great too !! We will be back !!

If you have an issue with the odd noise, like occasional traffic noise then it might be a problem.

The family who run this place could not do enough to make our stay great !! There was a local parade and the internet wet down and they could not apologise enough for something that was not their fault - they also helped us move some furniture so we could have a desk set up to work online - really lovely, clean, quiet location and so close to the beach

The location to Icon Bali/beach is 220m or 4 mins walk. The room is large, with table, 2 chairs outside, and a drying rack. Location is the key here, and value in relation to proximity. Cafe Over the Moon, 2 mins away highly recommend. No availibility for food on site.

The shower has 1 1/2 to 2 mins hot water, regardless of time of day, then its tempid. Rail but no shower curtain. Mould in grout. Many tiny moths or flies always in room, dont bite. No doona cover, doona uncovered is only topper on bed, but bedding is clean bright white. No amenities except a small bottle body wash and a toothbrush, not saying they need to be provided, but make sure you bring all your own including soap. The room does smell faintly of mould.

Location and staff were friendly. Clean linen.

Drain flies were constant in the bedroom and need attention. No daily turnover provided and many dead drain flies were all over the floor most of the time.

It was clean. The TV worked. The AC was good and quiet. It's not the Ritz Carleton, but for the price and location you would be hard pressed to find a better deal.

The room is really nice and clean. The sheets are white. It's cozy. It's near Sinduh beach, night market and Icon mall. The family living there is really nice. It's quiet. There are plugs near the bed

Everything. The homestay Ketuk and his mom are very kind. The location is central to everything. Room big + clean and quiet. The homestay has 4 rooms only so very private. Highly recommend. Got tv with international channels. Rapid WiFi connection-No disturbance during heavy rain and lightning.
