Ijen Miner Family Homestay

100% valuable for money. We almost paid nothing but had a comfortable room, with clean bathroom and hot water. The host were kind and made us delicious Nasi Goreng for almost nothing. They organized us the trip, it was the sharing one and not with a former miner tho.

For us it was a Friday and a mosque near the home stay was noisy the entire day without stopping. It is in the middle of nowhere, really just for the Mount Ijen ascension

On a adoré séjourner dans cette homestay. Les gérants sont adorables et font tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison. Les salles de bain disposent de l’eau chaude. L’endroit est vraiment très sympa dans un cadre magnifique. ils proposent aussi l’excursion pour le Kawa Ijen et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé.

Il n’y avait personne à notre arrivé. J’attend toujours d’être remboursé. Le numéro WhatsApp ne m’a jamais répondu. M’a demandé est en attendre depuis 2 semaines.

Le lieu le cadre immersif dans la jungle, l'authenticité d'un homestay tenu par une famille de mineurs, Nous avons été accueillis par le papa et la maman du propriétaire, ils ont été adorables. Nous avons apprécié le repas servi à l'extérieur. Le lit aussi simple soit-il est ultra confortable. Très agréable le soir de se balader dans les alentours. A notre surprise la douche était chaude ! Une belle expérience

Nous savons que l'endroit est tres simple donc on ne s'attend pas à du luxe, La douche est commune mais tres propre, la chambre tres petite, mais ce n'est que pour une nuit. Le chant durant une bonne partie de la soirée de la mosquée d'à côté mais ça a son charme.

Possibilité de Booker un tour pour le mont Ijen avec cet ancien mineur. Très bel homestay un havre de paix un peu à l’écart de l’agitation de Banyuwangi

We had a great stay at this homestay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — he even shared useful tips and guidance for our hike to Kawah Ijen, which made our trip smoother. The room was cozy and comfortable for two people. Although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Parking our motorcycle was easy, and they also offered food if you wanted to eat at the homestay — super convenient! Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay — very recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The only downside was that the place was a bit hard to find at first, but once we arrived, everything else was great.
