It is extremely good value for money, the room is large and comfortable. The property itself has a swimming pool and is close to local amenities, particularly the Popular Deli is very close by where you can buy high quality groceries - the bakery there is outstanding.

I wouldn't say that I disliked anything but the kitchen equipment could be improved - it is a bonus rather than a main feature as it's not really intended to be a self catering apartment, however it is useful for preparing breakfast and snacks.

The villa it self is so beautiful marble everywhere, new air conditioning The staff were lovely. Recommend to try restaurants and bars.

Very clean hotel/apartments with a big pool. The filtered drinking water is a huge plus and very much appreciated. Close to the beach and beach clubs. No mold smell!

Unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs during our stay. There is also quite a lot of traffic noise. The location is not ideal as there are no sidewalks, which makes walking to the beach a bit unsafe. There are also not many good restaurants nearby.

the owner and his wife are wonderful people, I had a great time staying there for 12 nights. the villa is in good share, to room was excellt and everything was clean. very comfortable bed (incl. sheets)!

the AC in room 9 was always "full force" (no cooling regulation). the refrigerator was also "full force", freezing some food items (look cucumbers or salad leaves).

Quiet and convenient to rest

Access to restaurants and pubs is difficult with the narrow roads. Staff never came to clean my room in 9 days.
