Pauline was an brilliant host, the welcome was I got was heart warming. Attention to detail was top class ,cant recommend Pauline enough. Her directions were very helpful too.Would love to go back. Thank you Pauline for a brilliant stay. 🤩

"Top class place to stay."

Pauline is an amazing person and host. She is so friendly, extremely welcoming and made me feel like I was walking into my own house and with true Irish hospitality offered me a cup of tea within the first few minutes of us meeting. With cup's of tea in hand we chatted endlessly and I honestly felt like I had known Pauline for year's. The house is beautiful, very homely, absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy. It is in the country. So is very peaceful and quiet, but only a 5 minute drive from the main road to Dublin or Carlow. My room was fantastic. Very cosy and comfortable, with a lovely ensuite and the best power shower I have used in a while. I cannot recommend Pauline's highly enough, and look forward to returning in the future, if she will have me. Thank you Pauline. 5 star's more if possible.

"Burton House"

We really enjoyed our stay at Burton house. Pauline is a friendly and welcoming host. Breakfast was wonderful and gluten free needs were not a problem. The room was cosy with beautiful decor. Very comfortable bed. Would gladly recommend.

The room was comfortable, bed super comfy. Bathroom and shower a real treat with some high end products available to use. Such a great way to have a quiet evening with some downtime and a bit of self care.

"Aperfect stay, in a perfect place with a genuinely lovely lady."

My husband and I liked everything about this B/B. A beautiful house filled with light and colour in a quiet and sylvan setting. Pauline welcomed us with genuine warmness and made us feel at home. We had all the comforts we would have had in a 5 * hotel. Breakfast was healthy and tasty , fruit salad freshly made, cereal, yoghurts, toast, honey, homemade jams, pancakes (if fancied)brown bread, eggs cooked to our liking and even a bag of plums from the garden to take home. We could not ask for a more perfect stay ,just sorry it was for only one night.

Cannot think of a single thing.
