Good location on the outskirts of Sulthan Bathery. A scenic view of the adjoining forest and banana and aracnut plantation with a large fish pond parallel to a fast flowing stream just in front of the two storied building.

Toilet is clean. The atmosphere is good. But it is a little far away from city and the road to enter the place is very bad.

Cleanliness of the room and toilet is good. Also behavior of staff and owner is good.
