Haus Mosel

The location and views are excellent. Great transport links - boat, train and bus. Free parking opposite the property. The size of the apartment is good and the self-catering facilities were good. The mattresses were comfortable and the living space works well for families. The apartment was well-kept and very clean.

One of the shutters in the dining area was not working and this was a disappointment as we booked this apartment for the views and windows, so our child could safely (with shutters up doors closed) see the views. Owners were aware of an electrical fault that was not fixed before or within our 7 day stay. We were also not notified. The sheets were scratchy and poor quality - impacting sleep. This was not in keeping with the rest of the well-kept apartment. During our stay temperatures reached 35c and therefore some form of fan in the property would have been appreciated.

The telecom receiving was not good and the free wifi wasn’t very strong.

The view was amazing, the room was clean and the bathroom was complete! There were even blinders which is amazing!

The only tiny thing I can think of is that it was a little bit hot inside the room, but we could easly fix this by opening the window at night.

Large flat for family with great view.

Internet is not the best, but was not really necessary most of the time.

The instructions to access the room were clear enough. The room was big and super clean. The view to the river is magnificent and the balcony allows for a nice, relaxing time to admire the view.
