"Nice owner, Excellent price quality ratio"

A very nice homestay and close to the center. Spacious room, equipped with air conditioning, fan, television and even a kettle to make your own tea. Room is very clean. For breakfast you can indicate your preference and it is served in your room. The owner is very nice and speaks good English. He can also arrange all kinds of other things for you (without high commission) such as the ferry to the other islands or a scooter. Excellent price quality ratio. Recommended!

Don't expect a special view from your room. The wifi signal was a bit weak.

"Brilliant"

Everything. Staying at Urbban Castle was a wonderful experience. The Home stay is in a great location, lots of places to eat nearby and a bar just over the road, also close to airport and jetty for ferries, tuk tuks available outside the gate. We had a spacious room, large comfortable bed, en suite shower room, and a seating and dining area, there is also a kitchen area, all spotlessly clean. We had breakfast served to our room each morning. The owner and staff were great, it was obvious they wanted to ensure that the guests had a good experience. We stayed for three nights before leaving to visit Havelock island and Neil Island, and returned for one more night after visiting the islands. We asked the owner to book our ferries, which we felt , for us , was a good choice, a hassle free, straightforward process. Thank you all at Urbban Castle for making our stay a memorable experience.

A lovely homestay in the centre of the city, you almost get an apartment at a reasonable rate. It's quite close from many attractions and restaurants. The host is very helpful and helps you plan your trip. We also got some yummy complimentary breakfast. The caretaker is a really polite man and takes care of all your needs promptly. Would definitely recommend!

We had some wifi issues initially, but that was sorted out.

Staff were friendly and great, room was large and clean.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, wooden flat panel type, but fine for me for a night
