"Nice place but expensive"

Nice place with very friendly staff. They accommodated us with a ride to go to the train station in the early morning. The room was spacious.

Very hard mattress, the room was filled with mosquito. We had no other choice because we went during Holi but the price was very expensive.

We liked the location, it was quiet. Also, the stay was peaceful as research scholars we wanted a little break to be happy so we got that. Thankyou

Few of us were vegetarian so it would have been great if you incorporated vegetarian food as well.

A beautiful homestay, which is indeed a home away from home. The house is very neatly decorated with various items reminding you every moment of the serene Shantiniketan. The home owner is a friendly professional who will keep in touch throughout the stay guiding you the best places to visit as well. The ride you can hire from this homestay is a toto, whose driver will also serve you the complimentary breakfast. Last but not the least, the caretaker at this homestay will make your stay as comfortable as possible and is also the cook, who will serve you Bengali delicacies at a reasonable cost. Overall, it was a very nice experience. This one's a must try.

Mind-blowing ambience. Enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of nature. This place is so cozy and homely. Special thanks to the owner and Nirmala di for their cordial effort to make us more comfortable. Besides, we enjoyed freshly prepared homemade food. We are eagerly waiting for our next trip at Pubali.

The location is very convenient, at the heart of the town yet very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It gives you the comfort of your home away from home. Over all the stay was very comfortable and warm. Perfect for family trips.

It would have been better if they had a proper parking place but they catered to our need and arranged for a safe parking place.
