Rooms were good

No water and no breakfast was provided which was included in the price.

Location was near ghum..

The hotel staff are absolute cheats, they provided us hand towel and it's very obvious people use the hand towel to wipe off their hands , so obviously it will get dirty... But at the time of check out they harassed us and made us pay for the towel as it was dirty... They charged us Rs 350 for a hand towel whose market value was probably Rs 50, when we denied to pay and asked them to wash the towel at first, they denied and told us that it's their hotel policy... that if the towel becomes dirty, we have to pay a damage charge ..... It was a horrible experience for us... Hotels are supposed to provide us clean towels and obviously the towels will become dirty after using... But these people took unnecessary advantage of our genuineness. Moreover the hotel was dirty, there were red stains on the quilt cover , and.there were stains on pillow covers too.. There was no supply of hot water, geyser and shower were not working and they didn't even tried to fix it even after frequent complaints. Also the quantity of the complementary breakfast is very less.. not enough even for a single person.

I like this home stay it has comfortable bed for sleep

their facility is not that good. Iron is not available here and there is no means to dry clothes.

Location is good and nice parking

Reception staff was good but one other staff was very rude and they were not providing anything to eat also.

The staff's behaviour was very polite. But the location is far from the mall road.

Staff is very helpful. Room was clean & view from room was awesome.
