The location is great and the staff is very coordial.

The ground floor rooms are not well maintained.

The quality of the furniture and the building materials is good There is ample storage space. With more careful and detailed cleaning, it can appear to have a higher standard. The breakfast is good.

The sheets and towels are not very clean, with some stains when viewed carefully. The towels are somewhat old. They do not allow cancellation of 1 day even with many days advance request.

I loved the studio feel of the hotel. It felt like a home base. Very comfortable with very kind and welcoming staff.

The place is good at prime accessible roads.

The bed was little uncomfortable

I loved the ambience , the deco and the fact it's like a little guesthouse. Rooms very spacious , heaters and Airconditioning both available, big television, breakfast was limited in choice but well made .

Was absolutely not value for money in terms of the services. Even though they knew I was coming , called me several times , the room was not kept ready. There was a stale smell in the room , I had to ask for towels , toiletries ( they actually brought me damp towels and folded them in my room ) . I stayed for 2 days but the room was not cleaned , water was not replenished. The staff though polite and friendly were absolutely not trained. , When I asked for 2 items for breakfast I was told a no even though I paid for 2 people. The tea took 30 mins to arrive as the milk got over. The geyser takes 20 mins to warm the water. When i requested an additional 2 hours to checkout, i was informed of an additional 2000 rs payment. Overall not very pleasant.
