- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. - Consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited within the property. Guests are requested to resort to open areas for the same. Furthermore, the usage of any kind of drugs is not permitted inside or around the property. - The swimming pool and restaurant are located just adjacent to the Home. Guests staying at Zostel Home Wayanad shall have full access to the areas. The pool timings are 10 AM to 7 PM. - You will be venturing into a protected area surrounded by forests and wildlife. Travelers hence need to respect the culture and surroundings during their stay. The property shall not tolerate acts of littering around the area. Moreover, the Home should be kept noise-free after 10 pm. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - The breakfast timings are from 8:30 AM to 10.30 AM. Guests are requested to respect and follow these timings. - All the food served will be home-cooked. Any special request regarding food or facilities needs to be intimated in advance. - The property is not pet-friendly. - Right to admission reserved.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
