Venitia Homestay

Behaviour of the house owner is nice and helpful whole family is sweet and lactation is also near to beach.

Breakfast is really good, Room maintenance is very good and clean, the owner is very polite and helpful, you have washing machine for laundry. beach is walkable from stay.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful.I had a great time chatting with Aunty and knowing more about local culture.The homemade breakfast has my heart,it was simple yet delicious:)if u r looking for a peaceful stay near by beach then go for it:)

Everything starting from hosts , room, cleanliness , accessibility was good and unmatchable.

Host couple was very nice and we felt like home away from home. It's just 2 mins walking to beach. Breakfast was traditional Kerala breakfast and was really nice. Host also arranged shikara ride for us and also tuk-tuk (auto rikshaw) whenever we needed. The property was very neat and clean. We had two kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the stay and became familiar with the hosts too. We forgot something at the property , the owner himself dropped it to the railway station for us. We requested for kitchen access and the host was more than happy to allow us to even prepare our own dinner. I will surely visit again whenever I come to Kerala.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a lovely family. The breakfast was delicious!!! Nice location too. Laundry is available too at a fee.

Minor issue. The AC was an extra cost, which was not very clear on Booking.com.

The host family there is lovely and made us feel at home and cooked the most wonderful and delicious food for us each night and put great care into ensuring that we could eat a variety of different local specialities. The location is a little far from the main beach and facilities such as transportation and shops, but because of this, it is very quiet and relaxing.

The mattress is maybe not the most supportive for someone of my stature (very tall and solid), but the bed is of a good size and I didn't feel cramped. I just would've preferred a harder mattress.
