Nandanam Homestay

Edit: I think the attitude of the hotel is evident from their reply to me. (Also, the reception area stank of urine - very unpleasant) Just as bad as it gets. BED BUGS!!! I pulled back the sheet and the mattress was full of craters: totally eaten by bugs with massive holes in the mattress material. I really should have taken photos but I was just too upset and horrified! Tiny little bugs were crawling everywhere. Pull back the sheets to see for yourself. We were in the first room on the right on the first floor. Also, the guy at ‘reception’ did that (seemingly) classic thing of spending eternity checking out passports, eVisas, taking photos of us on his phone (not sure that last one was strictly official…?!) and then forgot to give us bedsheets or a towel!

Owner and his staff is very kindly.

I had everything that I can ask, toilet with shower, tv, wifi, blanket and also a kitchen outside where I have fridge, kettle and free water. The staff was very friendly, I spent some time with them just talking sitting on the kitchen and they help me with everything I need

The bed wasn’t the best but I think is more than fair price

Nice stay at peaceful area. Though at some distance from main ksrtc bus stand but uber auto made it easy in only 70 rupees. Good tea at homestay by attendant Biren. Washing machine and ironing facilities plus free service of plates cup etc available. Mister Arun with whom I could talk on phone is good guide and helping person. Room bed bathroom all clean and spacious.

Just tricky location and no signboard outside property. Uber ola may reach but direct auto without location may find difficulty.

Place is good, but the staff attitude is too indiscipline,
