Warung Win Beach & Homestay

I stayed at Warung Win and Homestay for 5 nights and had a really great experience. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach, with plenty of corals right in front, making it perfect for snorkeling anytime of the day. The atmosphere is very relaxed and local, which I really appreciated. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to go straight into the water was definitely a highlight. The warung itself serves tasty, simple food at good prices, and it’s super convenient to have it right there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help if needed but never intrusive. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic beachfront stay with easy access to snorkeling and a laid-back vibe, I would definitely recommend this place. Great value for money and a lovely experience overall.

Оплачивала через букинг. Приехала, посмотрела, окна номера выходят во двор 3x3м с облупленными стенами. Выход на пляж через кафе. Пляж узкий и с лодками. Мне не понравилось, уехала в другой отель. Отправила через букинг заявление на возврат, отель делает вид, что не видит сообщения. Может хоть так увидят.

Superbe endroit où j'ai finalement décidé de rester plus longtemps que prévu car on se sent vraiment bien, comme à la maison. Emplacement de reve, vous vous réveillez le matin et vous pouvez aller snorkeler dans un magnifique jardin de corail. Merci 🙏🏼 À très vite

Location is good. The room is large and clean. Nice room.

Not much privacy as it looks into the kitchen and restaurant. Without the curtains closed it is not private otherwise it is very good.

Location is perfect, right on the beach

The room does not have a kettle.If you need a hot water you have to ask for it. Same with a drinking water.

The best thing about this hotel is the location – it’s right on the beach, with sunbeds available at the warung. The beach is beautiful, and there’s a snorkeling spot nearby. There are also plenty of food places within walking distance. Another plus is the surprisingly good WiFi.

The rooms require some renovation. The breakfast is disappointing – technically included, but only coffee and toast are free. If you want something substantial like an omelet, you have to pay extra. One major downside is the lack of privacy and frequent noise. There are children, staff, and even chickens running around, with people constantly eating, chatting, and watching movies outside the rooms, which can be disruptive.
