What a wonderful experience it was staying in La Lenuta in Susani for 7 days. The joy of staying in a family compound , with the most caring and generous family members . Being able to observe the daily activities of 3 generations working on their vegetable garden , feeding and caring for their cows chickens and pigs and cutting and drying grasses for animal feed + running a traditional restaurant was a great privilege and realisation how hard they work on a daily basis . The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of natural light , very comfortable queen bed and roomy functional bathroom . We had dinner every day there , and the organic produce ( all from the compound ) was sensational .We had a different soup and main everyday and all prepared in the traditional Breb way by our host , who is a fabulous cook . The organic produce , meats and dairy were show cased with her beautiful cooking and presentation , everyday . We didn’t want to leave !
