"Pokud počítáte se sdílením koupelny, záchoda a kuchyně s dalšími nájemci z ostatních dvou pokojů, OK"

Vybavení i zařízení apartmánu OK, vše nové, čisté, stylové.

Z popisu ubytování jsem nepochopila, že jde o jeden pokoj v třípokojovém bytě, kde je společná kuchyň, koupelna a záchod. Musela jsem tedy tyto prostory sdílet se zcela neznámými lidmi, vůbec jsem s tím nepočítala (v popisu je mimo jiné uvedeno, že každý pokoj má zařízení na vaření čaje a kávy, ale to bylo ve společné kuchyni).

Nepáčila sa nám zdieľaná kúpeľná, wc a kuchyňa a najmä to, že to nebolo nikde spomenuté, že ide o zdieľané ubytovanie.

Po odeslání rezervace jsem dlouho čekal na další pokyny k vyzvednutí klíčů. Komunikace přes booking s ubytovately na bodě mrazu.Telefon nikdo nezvedal,na správy Nikdo nereagoval .Nikdo s námi nekomunikoval,takže jsem byl nucen sehnat ubytování jinde! Můj názor? S tímto jistě do háje,u Vás rezervací? NIKDY!
