The apartment is nice and comfortable. It has everything one needs. I think it is ideal for two people. (there were three of us, so we had to be very organized as to our space. There is a balcony which I guess is nice to hang out in summer, we were there in winter so we didn’t really use it. All in all, it is a very nice peaceful place and we liked it very much!

The apartment is pretty far from the city center- but the tram stop is very close- and they run very often. The only thing was that there was no parking space near the apartment. We were there for 3 nights and all the time we had to park in the street nearby. We called the owner and he was kind to send us the information as to where we could park.

Easy check-in/check-out. Easy to communicate with the host. Normal choice for a few days staying.

Bedclothes looks clear but some worn. Kettle is leaking. Door lock some time ago was broken. It's slightly fixed, but looks unreliable. Some expensive for such quality and location.

Generally such apartment is a good alternative when one travel with a child and doesn't want to depend on breakfasts time in a hotel. 100 meters upstairs at the corner Horymirova/ Cacovická is a nice restaurant called Svatoboj. They have excellent traditional Czech dishes and kids menu. It's a good solution when there's no time to cook. Transport communication to other city parts also very convenient (tram, buses).
