Hygge Homestay

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the facilities were excellent—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. A big thank you to Dennis, who went above and beyond to assist us from check-in to check-out. His service made a real difference. One great perk is the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service offered for guests staying more than one night, which made getting around much easier. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

The only minor downside is that the hotel is about 10 km from downtown, but with the transportation service and peaceful surroundings, it’s a small trade-off for a more relaxing stay.

1. In terms of location, it is just behind the Kueibishan Geopark where we can watch “Moses parting the sea”. That was why we chose this accommodation. The location is good to shoot sunset and sun rise photos, many good spots are within a few minutes walk. 2. The breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable. 3. The owner is helpful. He is always very prompt to answer my questions sent to him via booking. com. 4. The room is very clean, with modern design features. 5. The owner allows us to use their kitchen facilities to heat up our take-away food. 6. We like walking along the mountain trail in the morning to see the sea view in 360 degrees.

1. The room is a bit warm as we are on the top floor. It would be better if they could provide a thinner quilt during summer. 2. Unless you have a motor bike or car, there is basically no restaurant nearby within walking distance.

Nothing we don’t like. To note that this area is quieter, meaning harder to find good place for lunch/dinner. Need to drive out and maybe it’s peak summer season, most of the restaurants are fully booked and need
