The location is good, the property very spacious.

The tools and equipments are not really furnished (e.g: no knife, the cups are all cracked). Poor hygiene (the sofa could have bugs, the house got a smell)

Too many frightening rules , collect deposit but never send people to verify when check in or when check out. Deposit was not refunded on the spot when check out. Deposit 300 is more than the daily rental of the house. Upon check in, noticed house has many items listed making us worry whether can collect back the deposit or some will be deducted. We have to spend time to take photos just in case, quite taxing. Iron is spoilt n I have to inform the operator. When communicating , I commented if I know has so many items listed with frightening rules and deposit not refunded on the spot and no one comes to verify our check out, I would not want to come back again. In reply the operator said she also does not want me to be the guest next time. After the unhappy communication, one room got dead cockroaches. Anywhere fedup to inform the operator already. Refund also not according to the time listed , listed time to get refund was latest by 6pm but actual refund was done at 8pm.

Good

Very big house and each bedroom has private toilet, fan and aircond. It has all the basics facilities that a home needs. Its so comfort and gives peace of mind.

Maybe can consider to prepare a water jug and a large bowl in the kitchen so that it can be used to serve drink and meal in large quantity when needed. Other item such as put a carpet or mat at the living hall for people who like to rest and sit down on the floor.

The price was reasonable to the comfort of the house.

The cockroaches in the bathroom started to crawl somewhat in the middle of the night.
