I liked the rooms ,area,facilities ...overall I had a wonderful stay there

There is no lift facility so I had a problem with my bags...but manager was there to help with the bags so that was solved

I recently visited Pune with my family and for the first time tried the furnished apartment option. My concern was that I was not getting a hotel in my budget with 2 rooms option and was not comfortable in taking 2 separate rooms (we are 5 member family). So I tried Serene Living due to its high rating. I am not at all disappointed. Bathrooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable as I look for these 2 parameters wherever I stay. Property was fully furnished with everything I needed and more. It is located in a busy street and everything I needed was available within walking distance. The host was great. Property was well secured. And it was well under my budget. If I visit Pune again, I'll surely try to stay here again....and again. Highly recommended for families who are staying for a long duration in Pune. Thanks to Sandy (owner) for being great host.

The locking system at the main door can be improved by replacing the lock with self locking system. Manual locks are bit tedious to use.

It was a great stay. Mr Mathew is a great host, always available and ready for help. Even the smallest need is taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
