Very friendly and peaceful

It was on the way and was cheap compared to surrounding accommodations, but it is still not worth it.

Spiritual here is just the walk back to the car. As we arrived, the light in the container was left on so we could easily find it—a kind gesture. However, this ended up attracting a lot of mosquitoes, which filled the container because of damaged fly screens. The second room seemed better at first, but as we brought in our luggage, we saw a cockroach. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only one; when we opened the bathroom door, we found at least five more. Additionally, there were clear signs of cockroach droppings on the bed in the second room. Because of this, we decided to spend the night in our car. After we kindly informed the host about the situation, she tried to blame the issues on our late check-in and complained about having to clean both rooms. Sadly, there was no understanding from her side. We understand that the property is described as rustic, and we’re used to different types of accommodations after three months of traveling. However, there’s a difference between rustic and unclean.

It is a simple peaceful place and I was in need of a good sleep which I got. Compact space with comfy bed and quiet surroundings

The kitchen is being renovated and will be good when it's finished. It was easy to go and get a pizza in Gympie, which was yummy!

This was an extremely terrible experience for my family. It was the worst rooms we’ve ever booked.

The so-called double rooms are very small, and there is just one bed about 1.1 m. However, a double room is supposed to have two single beds or a bed at least 1.4 or 1.5 m so that it can accommodate for two people. But the most terrifying thing is that the rooms are shabby and dirty and there are various insects occupying them, making us very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. When we finally fell asleep, the insects creeped up on our faces and we had to pray the night could be over as soon as possible. Actually I am still feeling headache after that night and I’m not sure when it will recover. The price was already much higher (at least double) than it should be based on the sanitation and provided facilities; the manager even charged us for extra 30 AUD due to we had children, because they alleged they had never accommodated children.
