Bel Endroit très bien placé pour explorer le plateau de Dieng. La chambre est jolie en rdc. Lumineuse. Douche chaude. Bon wifi. Petit déjeuner différent chaque jour. Soit sucré soit salé. The et café à dispo toute la journée . L’hôte parle très bien anglais et est dispo via whatsapp. C’est propre et confortable.

Pas très bonne insonorisation donc quand les personnes viennent prendre leur pdj, on entend tout. Il y a 3 mosquées aux alentours, même avec les boules quies, j’ai été réveillée Le bus pour venir est très long et une fois sur place pour repartir sur Wonosobo par exemple, pas de grab ni de Gojek..

Lovely homestay with a simple comfortable room. Delicious Indonesian breakfast - obviously prepared with care and thought and different each morning.

Rooms are a little old, but what I expect from a homestay in a smaller place.

The host was delightful with a good sense of humour and extremely helpful, providing information about the surrounding region and on-going travel plans. The breakfast was beautifully presented and unexpectedly good.

Cosy athmosphere. Nice balcony for breakfast, and breakfast was great. Every morning a different one. Also good views over the valley from balcony. Very nice people.

Hot water at shower was really hot. Synagogas in the village are near and they are quite noisy at 4am.

Central location. Set back from the main road.

Found rat droppings on the bed on our day of departure, as well as a bedbug. Paid for room with private bathroom but no sink in it so had to leave room to wash hands at sink in communal area.

The owner speaks English and was responsive over WhatsApp. She helped arrange the private car to/from Yogyakarta at a price slightly better than what was offered in Yogyakarta. Shower has hot water. There was Indonesian breakfast included in the room price. It was fried rice with chicken/fish - nothing amazing but it was filling and convenient, given that there are no nice cafes in the village. You can use the tea-making facilities in the living room. You can walk to Arjuna temple, also there's a hiking trail up Mount Prau which starts not that far from the homestay.

Bathroom didn't have a sink, I had to use the sink in the living room. Shower pressure was weak. Bathroom looked rather old and a bit dirty, it could definitely do with some maintenance. It was rather cold at night. Room was quite small. I saw a mouse running around my room a few times (it entered through the drain hole in the bathroom - the room was on the ground floor). The prayer call was very loud and continuous, it interrupted my sleep in early morning. Sometimes the family locked the front door, and then when you knock they look at you with surprise as if they don't know there are guests staying at the place. There are few accommodation options in Dieng at Booking.com, it's ok for a short stay but generally it's not a comfortable place and I wouldn't want to come again. Not like I expected any luxury for the price, but other basic homestays in Java were all much better.

The owner is so friendly and the breakfast is so good and made with passion ! The place is cozy with nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise and surrounding view. Will definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms are not big, but enough for short stay. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and served when we asked for it.

There is no washbasin in the room with private bathroom, only in the living room.
