nothing at all. Didn't answer the call and didn't admit us for the stay. and booking.com's customer care also doesn't help when we called them. Avoid this property at all costs

The property wanted Personal Identification to be sent to their private email, which is against Booking.com's privacy policy. The property doesn't answer calls. We were at the property during the check-in time from 17:00 but they refused to admit us without providing them with the ID's via email which again booking.com strongly advised against it.

"Comfy room in the backyard of a Villa/Building."

The location is excellent, 100m from Metro station

It is a villa, the room is at the backyard, it is a place for a shower at the end of the day and sleep, all I needed.

The good price and at least they respond in a few minutes or hours they just talk by messages, they provided some coffee capsules nice detail. Towels available. Near to many way of transport and the Torre de los clerigos

It was cleaned just superficiality we saw some bugs in the walls and we have some bed stuff from the previous guest in a corner really disgusting but they take off the next day luckily because we have requested that . There is a problem with the sound in the building we were able to ear what was happening two floors upside. Room 1 not recommended it was depressive. Bathroom with shower cleaned but in bad conditions
