La facilité d'accès. La propreté et le calme avec double vitrage. Literie très confortable et spacieux. Proximité supermarché top au pied de l'immeuble.

Poubelle un peu trop petite pour séjour de plusieurs jours.

Clean and comfortable. The kitchen on our floor was out of action, but we could use the one in the building next door. We didn't in the end but it looked fine. Fifteen minutes walk or so from the city centre, and very close to Campo 24 Agosto metro station.

Only moan was having a separate bathroom with a keycode - trying to remember that in the middle of the night seemed a bit unnecessary.

Light, modern and comfortable room with small balcony and large separate private bathroom. Also, access to the kitchen next door meant self-catering was possible. Great location, within easy walking distance of market, lots of sights and restaurants. Hosts provided an excellent information pack.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good communication with owner. Good location.

No kettle in room, even though you have access to a kitchen, but have to go to a different building a couple of doors down if you want a hot drink whilst you're getting ready, which is a bit inconvenient. Also someone took some of our food from the shared kitchen which we wanted for our last day, even though labeled as instructed, obviously not the owners fault though!

Su ubicación, barrio tranquilo, a diez minutos andando del centro, con supermercados, farmacia y restaurantes al lado. El edificio cuenta con ascensor. Y el check in es muy fácil, te envían video y contraseña unos días antes y no hay problema. Cómodo y práctico. No puedo hacer una valoración del alojamiento en sí en general porque está en obras y creo que cuando se terminen va a estar muy bien. Nosotras cogimos una habitación con baño privado. Era amplia, camas cómodas, baño pequeño pero justo lo que necesitábamos y con un gran ventanal por dónde entraba mucha luz natural. La habitación estaba muy limpia a nuestra llegada, aunque echamos de menos una TV, seguro q futuro la tendrán porque está la instalación.

En cuanto a insonorización se refiere podría mejorarse, el trajín de huéspedes en la zona común para ir al baño compartido era bastante ruidoso. Ya no tanto por el alojamiento sino por la falta de civismo de los huéspedes contiguos a nuestra habitación. Nuestra puerta de entrada no llegaba hasta el suelo y es que se escuchaba todo y entraba la luz de la zona común. Es verdad que la habitación tenía otra puerta dentro pero aún así no era suficiente para airlas los ruidos.
