Very lovely staff/family who provided an electric jug and a cup and teaspoon so I could make tea in my room. Would stay there again - nice a quiet at the end of a gang and Grab drivers had no trouble finding it.

I requested a ground level room which was provided, however, several cars and motorbikes were parked in front of my room each day/night which meant with all the people coming and going, I could not comfortably open the curtains to allow natural light into the room. Would have preferred a more private room but nothing to complain about.

Simple and serene place to stay at the heart of Sanur. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and just a 10 mins walk to ICON bali. Laundry shop is also just a few metres away.

Would have been nice if if there’s some mosquito/small fly repellant.

I liked the bathroom and I also liked that the staff answered very fast my Booking messages when I was going there.

Clean and spacious; central location.

The check-in process was especially troublesome at night due to the lack of 24-hour staff. Guests had to knock on the owner's door to receive their room key, which could take some time. Basic amenities were minimal, with only soap and shampoo provided in the shower. The internet signal was weak in some rooms, and management did not provide an effective solution.
