Exceptional location for tourists, large room, balcony, good view, very friendly proprietress, well supplied pantry/snack room.

Power points were poorly placed in the room. Need a couple of power points next to the bed.

Property was clean and well maintained. Amenities were new and the common areas were well stocked with snacks and refreshments. The view from the terrace was quite nice as well. The queen bedrooms were had also had views of the water. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We got rained on while biking right before we were going to catch a bus (after we checked out). The host gave us towels, slippers and a place to change clothes. She was very accommodating.

The directions on maps and the booking.com website led us to the wrong side of the building. However the owner did send specific instructions in a separate email/message.

It's easy to understand why they have a good rating. They actually care about their guests. And for the price, I think this is a very nice option.

The lights from an adjacent parking space shine into the rooms at night, and I can't understand why there is a 5 cm gap at the bottom of the room door.

Everything was exciting! Lovely terrace with a view Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast, although we have been too late once and to early once, because of bus leaving to Alishan. No problem for Joyce and her mother. Water dispenser for fresh water, free of charge. Small snacks free of charge. Laundry machine (not used by us) Very clean and confortable rooms Top and central location, 5 minutes by foot to the wharf. And last but not least: Joyce and her mother helped us with everything and had a lot of tips, in perfect English. Perfect stay and 100%ly recommended. We stayed 2 nights.

Perfect location within 4’ walk from the bus stop, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, very welcoming and attentive hosts! There’s a laundry machine / drier so you have everything you need! On the departure day, we were also provided a breakfast a bit earlier to catch our bus. That was so sweet! Highly recommend!

Lovely decor and generous and friendly staff. Very central to everything

Location is near the bus station for buses from Taichong. Just about 5min walk only. So very convenient. It is cosy and the room has the modern contemporary deco. Also it is near Shiishe pier to take the ferry for sightseeing around Sun Moon Lake. Love the little common corner for beverages and snacks. The staff brought us to the pier to watch sunset at 5am! That was so sweet of her. If you want the sightseeing ferry tickets, you can buy from them to save u time queueing and also at a good price.

Extremely nice staff. The room was exactly to our taste and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

Wonderful Homestay, the owners are extremely friendly the moment you walk through the door and able to offer and advise on trips etc. Lovely big modern room on top floor 601 with view of lake. Comfy big bed and powerful shower with plenty of hot water Common area and Terrace to admire the view. Water machine and fridge on each floor and there are snacks, coffee, tea etc available to guests for free. 10/10

Staff was amazing, helpful, and extremely friendly! They also have an adorable cat! Room was super clean and spacious. Great location, and it's right next to the bus stops. Good variety of free snacks, and beverages included with your stay.. Highly recommend this place. And shout-out to their furry friend Puma the cat.
