Gute Lage und schöne Aussicht vom Balkon

Der check-in war leider nicht angenehm. Obwohl wir mit einem Mitarbeiter im Vorfeld schriftlich vereinbart hatten, dass ein check-in um 19 Uhr möglich ist, wurden wir dann nach 18 Uhr mehrfach angeschrieben mit der Frage, wo wir bleiben, da ein check-in nur bis 18 Uhr möglich sei. Als wir dann vor Ort waren, wurden wir nach einem check-in Code gefragt, den wir jedoch nie erhalten hatten. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter im dazugehörigen Fahrradverleih teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
