Igvars went out of his way to be helpful. He is friendly, knowledgeable and discreet - a calm giant indeed. We loved the decor, the flat was well equipped and the location is superb - close to galleries, restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the Jugendstil gallery/museum. We would be very happy to stay again.

People complain about the spiral staircase so I assumed it was a tiny cast iron affair. But it's not - it's a wide wooden staircase. Obviously it helps if Igvars meets you and carries the big suitcase upstairs, but we just got lucky!

Very kool, Boho type deco. Loved it. The owner is obviously a traveller and knows what's required of travellers and back packers. As previously mentioned by others, it's on the 2nd fl with narrow stairs in an old building. There is no elevator. The double room would be a little small for 2 ppl, but it's as decribed in the photos. Bonus washing machine and dryer, and a fab kitchen....... Would definitely stay again.
