Ålesund downtown loft room with shared bathroom

Great location, super cozy room and apartment :)

A little bit of noise from bathroom and kitchen but it's understandable and not critical

Location very good, house was fully equipped, like washing machine.. dryer..

Bed room was small but we used the living room a bit so no problem.

The loft room was one of two bedrooms being rented out in a cosy but cluttered flat on the top floor. The flat had an array of well working facilities to cook, do laundry, watch TV, sit and socialise with the other guests. Nice big bed. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating.

The loft room was hardly bigger than the bed and we had to let our stuff spill out into the common area a bit. Luckily we are travelling with backpacks. Opening a suitcase inside the loft room would have been impossible.

Location is excellent. Bathroom is nice.

The common area is under video surveillance, which I’ve never experienced before. The room is tiny, which I don’t have a problem with in principle, but there’s nowhere to put anything and no space to open a suitcase aside from on the bed. So when you’re staying by in a room that is cramped and the living room is under surveillance, it feels uncomfortable.

Lovely cosy room for a single traveller and very comfortable bed. Shared facilities are great too.Brilliant location.

Wifi was a bit patchy.

The room is very limited for two people, and we had a hard turning on the bathroom lights..
