The owners are very hospitable and helpful.

The moment we stepped into the compound, the host Ika already waited at the gazebo next to the gate, welcomed us with warm smile and help us with the luggages. The host both Ika and Yani are very friendly yet professional in handling the guest. Children like this homestay environment so much. The host made sure they serve varieties of local delicacies and fruits for breakfast everyday during our stay. The location is very near Borobudur Temple and there are plenty of eateries surrounding the premise. In the evening the premise is quiet and peaceful. The garden juxtaposed with the landscape ambient lighting give a sense of tranquil and we like to sit at the terrace in front of the room while enjoying the green. More than expexted, Ika who own a car also bring us to local pottery villages for children to enjoy some traditional arts and crafts. All in all, I must say that the owner has attention to detail and care that make our stay here feel very much like a home.

The accommodation is very nice. For me , the best accommodation in Java. The owner and his wife are amazing. They have a map prepared for you, as well as a list of places to visit nearby and where to eat. They are willing to explain everything to you and even lend you bikes. I must especially appreciate that they were helpful in our more complicated situation. Nothing was a problem. I would come back here right away. The breakfast was excellent. They also described what it consisted of for us

Comfortable bed. Lovely thoughtful hosts. Beautiful garden. Within easy walking distance of the temple. Several good food options nearby (if like me you don't eat street food)

I stayed for 4 night, and Mr Eka, the host was so helpful. I went to, Sendangsono, Wonosobo, Dieng while I stayed there. Highly recommended.

Room light isnt bright enough .

Very friendly family, they do everything for you. Their English is very good, especially compared to the general level of English on Java.... Location is close to Borobodur, I would definitely recommend.

I have used many hotels until now. This homestay was the best I have ever been treated to. I achieved all of my goals during my stay. The staff responded to my requests in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend Borbodour. However, I would be in trouble if I could no longer use it.

I think if there is a shower curtain between the shower and the toilet, the toilet will not get wet. It will be easier for foreigners to use.
